Delete your account and data — שבת חכם (Smart Shabbat)

From inside the app (recommended)

• Open the app → Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Can't access the app?

Email controllinkil@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and password) and your membership in homes.
• Homes in which you are the only member: their devices, rooms, routines, run and measurement history, location and provider connection details (Smart Life, eWeLink, etc.), including disconnecting the connection in our connection component.
• Invitations you created.

What is kept

• A shared home in which other users remain continues to exist for them. If you own it, first transfer ownership to another member (Settings → Household members) or remove the members, then delete the account.
• Technical database backups may persist for a short additional period and are then deleted.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not delete your account at the device makers (Smart Life, etc.), only our connection to them.
